Radiwrit Solar – Terms & Conditions (Summary)
Radiwrit Solar provides professional solar design and permit services for USA and Canada projects. By using our services, clients agree to the following terms.
- 1. Service Scope: Designs are based on information shared by the client.
- 2. Delivery: Standard turnaround is within 24 hours after receiving complete inputs.
- 3. Revisions: Minor revisions within 7 days of delivery are free. Major scope changes may incur extra charges.
- 4. Payments: All projects must be prepaid or paid as per the approved quotation/invoice.
- 5. Refunds: Once the design process begins, refunds are not available.
- 6. Liability: Radiwrit Solar is not liable for installation errors, AHJ delays, or losses resulting from the use of our designs.
- 7. Confidentiality: All client information and designs are kept private and secure.
- 8. Updates to Terms: Radiwrit Solar reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.
